I have multiple twitter accounts/handles for multiple web sites/apps.

When you create a new post a new post, the dialog displays a "From:" area, this displays your linked Twitter account. See attached

As John has shown you are able to see the connected account when authoring a new post you are also able to see the accounts from the All Accounts drop down.
